Orders placed before 3pm on a business day ship the same day. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days domestically; express and international options are shown at checkout. Every parcel is tracked.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Sealed collectibles must remain sealed — once a blind box or card pack is opened it can no longer be returned.

Every unit is inspected in-house before it is listed: materials, stitching, seals, print quality and packaging. Anything that does not pass is sent back to the supplier, never onto the shelf.
